Farm Shop & Tearoom with outdoor or cosy wooden cabin indoor seating, set in pretty Derbyshire Farm Land. We serve a varied menu in our tearoom from cooked breakfast to light lunches including Sandwiches, Toasties, Paninis, Soup & lovely Home made cakes & Savoury items.
We also have our daily lunch specials to choose from!
Our small shop sells our own farm produce and essential daily groceries, including free range eggs, local Alkmonton Dairy milk, fresh bread and lots more!
We welcome dogs in our cabins "Oak" & "Ash" and we also have a dog play paddock and short walk for customers use only.
Our "Elm" cabin & our shop are no dog areas.

The Story of Newlands Farm Shop
& Tea Room
Here at Newlands farm, two generations have farmed & managed our family business for over 50 years. In 2022 we finally forfilled a life times ambition to design and hand build our very own farm shop & tearoom, which we have successfully achieved and thoroughly enjoy.
We stock own quality Bacon, Sausages & Lamb, sustainably sourced Scottish Venison in our freezer, also stock fresh fruit & veg amongst many other locally sourced produce, including local honey, chutneys, dairy & crafts.
Come & relax and enjoy sitting in our lovely hand crafted tea room, summer houses or outside overlooking our farm land. We have car parking and a small area for young children to play.
We welcome dogs and even have a secure dog exercise paddock & short walk for customers & their furry companions to enjoy! We look forward to welcoming you.

We are open Wednesday Thursday and Friday - 9AM Until 3.30PM
Saturday 9AM to 4PM
Sunday 9.30AM Until 3PM
We serve full freshly cooked breakfasts, light lunches and homemade cakes,
Sandwiches, Toasties, Paninis, Jacket Potatoes, Salads, home made soups & daily lunch specials.
Our food is always freshly cooked & prepared and bought to your table upon ordering.
